ORDERS

Once we received your order, you will be emailed an order confirmation. We reserve the right not to deliver in the event that the stock level was incorrect at the time of receiving the order. In the event that we are unable to deliver your order we will inform you and cancel the order.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
​
Purchases can be returned or refunded within 3 days. You have the right to open the package to check your goods, but products must be returned unused. Money are not refundable, you will be refunded for the value of the product(s). Return shipping costs will not be refunded. ​
In addition, the following criteria must be met:

All original packaging.

No tape is to be attached to the product or the product’s packaging.

All must be returned in a box to protect their form.
Returns which do not comply with the above listed criteria are in risk of being refused. Please note that you are responsible for the product until it reaches us, so send the package with a traceable service so it can be located.

SHIPMENT & DELIVERY

We ship worldwide. All packages are insured and have a tracking number so the package can be traced. An email containing the tracking number will be sent to you upon dispatch.
Please note that some of our products are MTO (Made-to-Order). The delivery days will be stated at our website. Please review your order before you're making your payments.
For International orders, please be aware that any customs or import duties charged once a delivery reaches its destination country is the responsibility of the customer. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot tell you in advance what the cost would be, due to customs policies and import duties vary widely around the world. If you would like to know how much your duties will be on an order, you should contact your local customs office.

We receive offline payment like Bank in or Bank to bank transfer. After checkout, fill in your information and click Offline Payment below. Follow the instructions shown to proceed. ​
Prices

All prices are final. No cancellations accepted once the order is accepted and payment is confirmed. Please check your order and make sure you're the right card holder before proceeding to payment. By proceeding the payment means you have agree all of our policies. Delivery charges will be shown in the cart. We retain the right to change prices at any time. Prices displayed are in Malaysia Ringgit (MYR).

PRODUCT CARE

To make our products last longer, these are some instructions to help keep our products in their best form.
1. Recommended hand wash. Machine wash on a warm permanent press cycle (105º F/40º C) using a small amount of liquid detergent.
2. Do not Bleach.
3. Recommended hang dry. Do not tumble dry.
4. Do not iron any prints on the garment. Please note that if any products purchased is returned due to poor treatment or personal careless handling. We have the rights for not to refund or exchange any products
